Our goal has always been simple: To sell top-quality Hallmark Ornaments at the lowest prices available while providing great customer service. We strongly believe one simple rule - treat others as you would like to be treated. That means that we take great pride in providing ornaments that we would be willing to add to our personal collection, carefully packaging every order, and shipping out every order as quickly as possible.

How It All Began
My husband and I have been collecting Hallmark ornaments since the late 1970s. When we were both kids, we loved adding a new Hallmark Ornament to the tree every year. So, when we got married, we brought the ornaments that we had been collecting for years to our new home. When we left and took some ornaments with us, our parents seemed to miss certain ornaments that we had added to their trees over the years. So, we began looking into replacing those ornaments for them, and this is how our business began. We were also looking for a way that I could stay home and raise our son, but at the same time, make a financial contribution to our family. That is when The Ornament Factory was born. It seemed like the perfect idea - a hobby that we both already loved and enjoyed that we could share with others.
